Isn't She Pretty In Pink...

Yeah, if you're around my age you have the Psychedelic Furs song in your head right now. :) Sorry about that. But this week, the Pixie Dust Challenge is called Pretty in Pink so what better image to use for this card than the adorable Desiree from the Bugaboo Brats line? She IS pretty in pink. I also used the theme from the Digi Doodles challenge which was to use flowers.

A Fairytale Wedding

I don't make many wedding cards. All my friends are already married and none of our kids is old enough yet to be getting married so we're kind of in wedding limbo. BUT I got this adorable Bugaboo image the other day from the A Kids' View "Our Wedding" line and really wanted to make a card with it. I told my daughter, who is thirteen, that I would give it to her on her wedding day. ha ha

Stamp Something-fairy tale something

A Christmas Tag

Along with Christmas cards, we all need plenty of Christmas tags, right? Well this week at Winter Wonderland, the challenge is to make a Christmas tag. Perfect timing because I just got this adorable Bobblehead Reindeer image from Bugaboo last week. There's a whole line of Bobbleheads to choose from and one is cuter than the next!

And More from Gus...

Okay, one more Gus card today.

You can find him over at Bugaboo.
I used the sketch from Treehouse Stamps Challenge.

Catch The Bug Challenge

It's time for another challenge at the Bugaboo challenge, Catch the Bug! This time, the theme is back to school combined with a color challenge of using primary colors. You can win lots of free Bugaboo images for playing along. AND you don't have to use a Bugaboo image (but why wouldn't you??) but if you DO use a Bugaboo, your name gets entered twice in the drawing for every one card you make. Good deal, huh? Here's my card for this challenge, I combined the Bugaboo Brats Skye and Michael:

If you need more inspiration, check out the Bugaboo DT's creations on the challenge blog. I hope you'll play along and good luck!
This card also works for these challenges:
Our Creative Corner: back to school
Paper Cutz Challenge: back to school

It's Freebie Friday

YAY Friday! My favorite day of the week for many reasons, one of which is that it is FREEBIE FRIDAY at Bugaboo Stamps! Yippee! This week, Jodie is featuring one of her Sunbonnet Girls.

Go on over and pick this cutie up for yourself. And don't forget that tomorrow is challenge day at Catch the Bug!
This card works for this week's Papertake Weekly challenge.

Oldie but Goodie Day at Bugaboo

Yep, it's Thursday. Time for the Bugaboo DT (and me this month since I'm lucky enough to be guesting with them for August) posts their projects using "oldie" Bugaboo images. Now really, none of these images is really OLD...they're just not brand new. So, hop over to the Catch the Bug Blog and see what the DT has put together for you this week. You might see something NEW to you that you just have to have. :) Here's my card for this week's Oldie but Goodie. It's Stella again. This one is from the Stella Tidbits line and it's called "Places to Go". Normally I think of Stella as a grey haired lady but this time I wanted to see what she would look like as a brunette.

This card works for this week's Paperplay Challenge which is Bon Voyage.

Teddy Cupcakes

Earlier this week at Bugaboo Stamps, Jodie released a set of Teddys. This is just one of them which is called Teddy Cupcake. Go over to Bugaboo and check out all the Teddy new releases. You're going to want them all! I had to get this one so I could enter it in the Crazy4Challenges challenge this week which is to feature CUPCAKES!

A Happy Hello

How cute is this little cheeleader from Bugaboo? She's from the Bugaboo Brats line of stamps and she really is adorable. Think about it...you can color her to match your favorite team's colors and it would make a great card for any fan! I used the colors from the Picture Perfect Creations challenge which were pink, saffron and plum...not sure how many teams have those colors but maybe someone..somewhere!

A Bobblehead Christmas

Have you seen the Bobbleheads from Bugaboo? Oh my gosh, you've got to check them out. They are so...you guessed it...CUTE! This one is the Bobblehead Elf but you can get the reindeer, snowman, Santa, Mrs. Claus, angel and a gingerbread man. All in this adorable Bobblehead form!

This card was made using the sketch from ABC Christmas challenge and the theme which was Q for quick and easy.
