The colors are Chocolate chip, Tempting turquois and Certainly Celery. As always, if you don't have these exact colors, use what you have that is close. My card is heavy on the Chocolate Chip and Turquois. You have to look hard to see the butterfly and the middle button...that's my wee bit of the Certainly Celery color.
And since I love this fairy image so much, I had to take more of a close up picture:
