Another Cardmaker Sketch Challenge

Today's sketch challenge at Cardmaker is brought to us by Terrie. It's a fun sketch so hop on over there and check it out. Everyone is welcome to join in and play along. For this card I used two different digital images. The elephant with the balloon is from Bugaboo stamps and the Happy Birthday sentiment is from Meljen's Designs.
